Pam Farr & Deke Mackintosh
Farrkintosh Farms Maple syrup is made the old fashioned way, by collecting the sap from each tree individually, then boiling it slowly in a wood burning evaporator. No short cuts here!
After several hours the sap is transformed into syrup, then gets filtered to make sure that it is crystal clear. Before bottling, the syrup is reheated to 190 degrees to sterilize the interior of the bottle and cap so that your syrup will last for months unopened and unrefrigerated. If you're giving some as a gift, it will be as fresh as the day that it was bottled...who doesn't like to get Maple Syrup?
Currently we are not sell any product online...sorry...check back in the spring!
